Mr. Soranno came to the private practice of law after an 11 year financial career on Wall Street. Mr. Soranno was also a shareholder Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc. a specialty investment banking firm and broker/dealer that specializes in bringing emerging companies to the market. Since 1993, Mr. Soranno has been a practicing attorney representing and counseling a wide- range of clients with complex commercial business matters. Mr. Soranno is a member of his firm’s Intellectual Property group representing patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret property owners with selection, registration, prosecution and defense of their property.
